廖聖傑畢業於中山大學資訊管理碩士，以及交大工業工程學士，曾就職於 Microsoft / InfuseAI / Appier / IBM，擔任過不同職務。專業技能橫跨應用程式、手機應用、廣告投放、機器學習專案開發，在軟體業有將近二十年的工作經驗，從產品品質、軟體工程、技術推廣、客戶技術專案諮詢都有實際經驗驗證。

近期致力於 Generative AI、LLM 相關應用的推廣，協助客戶技術概念落實，以及技術諮詢。

日常生活就是跑步，已完成 15 場全程馬拉松以及數十場半程馬拉松，朝著 Sub-4 的目標努力中。
